Pre-construction Services

Let us help you lay the groundwork for your project via pre-construction services including: design decisions, costs/budgets, value analysis, value engineering, estimating, scheduling, contract negotiations, constructability reviews, permitting, and life-cycle costs. Using cost from similar projects AJB can help you forecast project related expenses to stay within budget.

Construction Management and General Contracting

Acting as your agent, AJB Construction will orchestrate between the various stake holders and trade contractors on your job to ensure seamless delivery of your project. Engaged early in the design process, we will oversee the administration of all work-related contracts and improve the packaging of all proposals throughout the design and construction process. As a General Contractor, AJB is also experienced in site work, grading, paving and utility construction.

A graduate of Southern Polytechnic State University with a M.S. in Construction Management, Anja oversees the day-to-day operations, business development, and personnel policies for AJB Construction Group. With over 20 years of experience in Construction and an extensive project portfolio, she adds key insight and strategy to every venture.

Jake Hinton

Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Jake holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He has managed construction projects across a variety of fields including petroleum, heavy civil, and industrial building construction. In addition to project management, Jake’s background includes estimating and field operations, all experience which contributes to his role as CFO for AJB Construction.

Bill Tanner

Chief Operating Officer, Director of Field Operations

As COO and Director of Field Operations, Bill’s primary role is personnel and project safety. A graduate of Clayton State University with a degree in Business Management, he is also a licensed Utility operator.  Bill brings over 20 years of experience in Heavy Civil and Roadway Construction and has managed and performed jobs in private and public sectors.
